Fiber overlay: white = 0 deg; gold = +45 deg; violet = -45 deg; blue = 90 deg. Local axes, not continuous tow paths.
Shell: 2 mm assumptionHeadform mass in solver: 5 kg
This is an original computational prototype. The shell uses the tested 16-ply schedule; the foam uses the earlier compression anchors. Geometry, head inertia, interfaces and unloading are assumptions. The current solver model bonds the liner to the shell and rigid head; it has no neck, brain, facemask contact or shell damage law.
Model files and assumptions
Millimetres in the geometry files; metres, kilograms and seconds in the solver inputs. The solid shell and liner exports include rim faces. The orientation field is defined locally; coordinate-chart transitions need manufacturing review.
Outer-to-inner half-stack: -45 / +45 / 0 / 90 / 90 / +45 / 0 / -45 degrees, mirrored across the middle.
